Drop in for one online class if you would like to attend without a subscription. If you cannot attend live, you will receive a playback of the class within 24 hours. Classes are held live & recorded on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4pm pst (for my New Yorkers!) and 6pm pst for my central & west coast folk - but you can choose whichever time slot you prefer!
